PB Forged Wheels are made from the finest industry grade 6061 Aluminium billets forged via our 10,000 tonne press machines. At PB Forged Wheels our products are also benefit from TUV, VIA & JWL certification giving our customers complete piece of mind and a product fit for its intended purpose. Forged wheels offer several advantages. Firstly the heat cycle process results in superior strength over cast wheels due to grain refinement. Forging also makes for stronger structural integrity usings less material compared to a cast wheel. Due to their tighter grain structure, forged wheels are also mechanically stronger, ensuring better wear resistance and better perfomance over time. On the whole our manufacturing process results in a stronger wheel by eliminating cavities, porosity, and shrinkage.

PB Forged wheels come with a lifetime structural and 2 year finishing warranty if the conditions of our warranty have been met.

PB Forged wheels are custom made per order. This means our customers can choose from multiple machining and finishing options such as, matte, gloss and brushed finishes. All 1 piece wheels can be finished in a single finish. All 2 piece forged wheels can be finished in a single centre finish as well as a single lip/barrel finish.

PB Forged wheels currently comes in three collections - ​ The PB 101 collection is our hybrid (in terms of design) sports & luxury collection. The design philosophy behind the PB 101 is to create stylish but functional wheels in 1, 2 & 3 piece configurations. The pB 101 collection is available from 18" - 24". ​ The PB 201 collection is our sports/ performance collection of 1 piece forged wheels. The design philosophy behind the PB 201 collection is to create wheels that have a low rotational, mass, inertia and unsprung rating to maximise efficiency for fast road and track application. The PB 201 collection is available from 16" - 24". ​ The PB 301 collection is our high end luxury collection. The PB 301 design philosophy is to create stunning wheels by offering a broad range of customisation options, all in aid of enhancing vehicle aesthetics. The PB 301 collection is available in 18" - 24".

To place an order please contact us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram where one of our friendly members of staff will take your vehicle details and your requirements in order to generate your quotation. At this stage If you would like to proceed with your order all details must be confirmed and a 50% deposit is payable. Once the deposit has been received, the design team will generate a CAD drawing of your PB Forged wheels in the specification you have ordered before the manufacturing stage commences. Our manufacturing lead times are 4-8 weeks depending on the style and finishes chosen (not including weekends or public holidays) . Once your wheels are complete we will send you completion photos and a video of your new wheels. Upon receipt of the photos and video the remaining 50% balance will be due before we dispatch your PB Forged wheels or book you in for fitting.

Treat your PB Forged Wheels right and they will reward you with years of pleasure and service. The appearance of your PB Forged Wheels may deteriorate if neglected. The following steps will help you keep you PB Forged Wheels in great condition. •Clean your wheels regularly to keep brake dust, road film, salt and contaminants (which retain moisture) from accumulating. Pitting of the finish may occur If wheels remain dirty for prolonged periods of time. •Do not spray water on wheels while still hot from driving. This will shock the finish and can cause spotting or cracking. Allow wheels to cool to the touch prior to cleaning. •Do not use abrasive cleaning medias such as wire brushes, steel wool or scouring pads. A soft sponge or towel is recommended. •Do not use strong acidic detergents, degreaser or alkaline products. Wheels should only be washed with mild soap and water. •Apply a paste wax or polish to add a protective layer to chrome, painted and powder coat finishes after each cleaning. Dirt and brake dust will stick to the wax/polish rather than the wheel’s finish. This will also make future cleaning easier. •Uncoated polished aluminum finishes require more periodic maintenance than other finishes. Aluminum naturally oxidizes so re-polishing frequently is required to maintain high luster. •Use of wheels is not recommended throughout sever winter climates. If you choose to use your wheels through winter months, it is very important to exercise a regular maintenance program. Salt and strong chemical de-icers are commonly used during snow and icy road conditions. These elements can be very caustic and can corrode the finishes on your wheels. For optimal winter protection against corrosion, rinse wheels with water after each use and thoroughly wash weekly. •Use of fix-a-flat or other liquid sealing products are not recommended as a permanent fix and should only be used in an emergency situation. Tire imbalance and further damage to the wheel’s silicone seal will occur if not properly repaired in a timely fashion thereafter. •If wheels are used for competitive racing, a visual inspection for signs of stress cracks or fatigue wear is required after each use. Immediately discontinue use of the wheels and contact Brada Forged Wheels if any wheel failure is observed. •Wheels in which tires are mounted and dismounted frequently, require re-sealing and re-torqueing of assembly fasteners regularly.

A large percentage of our wheels are made specifically for the vehicle specified at the time of ordering. Please allow 4- 6 weeks (not including weekends or public holidays) from your design confirmation for your PB Forged wheels to be completed and delivered. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will contact you immediately. We can not be held accountable for any shipping delays once the item has left our possession and is with the courier.
